Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your order once it has been processed and received by us, money can only be refunded (less a $15 administrative fee) if notice is received by Kiwiflowers.com 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value, except where the order has been despatched for delivery, in which case no refund can be given.
In the event that we need to contact you with respect to your order, we will attempt to do so firstly via the primary contact number you have provided on your order and secondly via your email address. It is very important that you can be reached via one or all contacts provided.
