CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES

AUCKLAND METROPOLITAN

Residential Addresses

Deliveries will be made up to and including Saturday 23 for all orders placed before 12.00pm on the 23rd of December. After this time we cannot deliver before Christmas. Wherever possible, please include a contact phone number for the recipient. We will email you if there are any problems.

Business Address

Deliveries will be made up to 5pm on Friday 22nd for all orders placed before 12.00pm on this day. Please supply an alternative address & contact phone number wherever possible in case businesses are closed. Should this happen there will be an additional courier re-direction fee charged to your credit card.

AUCKLAND OUTER

Residential Address

Deliveries will be made up to and including Saturday 23rd for all orders placed before 12.00pm on the 23rd of December. After this time we cannot deliver before Christmas. Wherever possible, please include a contact phone number for the recipient. We will email you if there are any problems.

Business Address

Please supply an alternative address & contact phone number wherever possible in case businesses are closed. ALL OTHER NEW ZEALAND DESTINATIONS

Due to the high volume of courier deliveries in the three days before Christmas, all orders placed for delivery out of the Auckland region for the 22d & 23rd, will be sent from Wednesday the 20th onwards and delivered from the 21st – 23rd, to ensure delivery before Christmas Day. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee which day your gift will be delivered, but we will try to deliver on your chosen date.

If you order on the 22nd or 23rd, we will do our very best to deliver but cannot guarantee this in all areas and we may have to forward your order to a local florist. In this case, any changes or problems will be advised by email.

ALL OTHER DELIVERIES

Consult the tables below to find when you need to place your order to guarantee delivery by a certain day.

Note: all times are listed in New Zealand time.

AUCKLAND METROPOLITAN
Business	For guaranteed same day delivery you need to order by 11am. After this time but before 1pm, you must choose the Urgent / Timed option.
Residential	All orders received by 3pm weekdays will be delivered the same day.
Saturday	All orders received by 11.30am will be delivered the same day.
Sunday	Unfortunately there is no courier service in NZ on Sundays except on Mothers and Fathers Day.

AUCKLAND OUTER
Business	For guaranteed same day delivery you need to order by 9am.
Residential	All orders received by 2pm weekdays will be delivered the same day.
Saturday	Orders need to be received by 3.00pm the day before to guarantee Saturday delivery.
Sunday	Unfortunately there is no courier service in NZ on Sundays except on Mothers and Fathers Day.

ALL OTHER NEW ZEALAND TOWNS & CITIES
Business	All orders received by 3pm weekdays will be delivered the following day.
Residential	All orders received by 3pm weekdays will be delivered the following day.
Saturday	Main centres only are serviced on Saturday. Orders need to be received by 3.00pm the day before to guarantee Saturday delivery. For smaller towns, we made need to send through a local florist.
Rural Deliveries	All orders for rural delivery must be received by 3.00pm weekdays and will take a minimum of 2 days for delivery. Saturday service is not available in all areas and we will always email you to confirm / change your expected delivery date.
Sunday	Unfortunately there is no out of town courier service in NZ on Sundays.
