If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, if you let us know within twenty-four (24) hours we will be happy to replace your flowers or give you a full refund.
It is important that you notify us within this time, as we will collect or view the flowers or gift so that we can assess their condition before they start to deteriorate due to natural life of flowers and/or new conditions.
Please note that we are unable to accept liability where the wrong delivery address or delivery date has been given due to customer error.
We guarantee quoted delivery times. In the event that your order is more than one (1) day late after we have confirmed a specific delivery time we will refund your delivery charge to you and deliver your order for free.
